Buddha Crunch Granola In just 10 minutes you can whip up a batch of delicious Buddha Crunch Granola. Not only is it high in fiber and flavor, there is the added benefit of satisfaction in knowing that by taking the time to create this cereal, you are doing something good for YOU. 1 cup chopped walnuts, pecans or almonds ¼ cup raw sunflower seeds ½ cup golden raisins 1 ½ cup rolled oats (not quick oats) 2 tablespoons brown sugar 2 tablespoons maple syrup (not lite syrup) 2 tablespoons vegetable oil ¼ teaspoon salt ¼ teaspoon cinnamon Preheat the oven to 250F. Mix the rolled oats, nuts, sunflower seeds and brown sugar in one bowl. In another bowl, mix the remaining ingredients, except for the raisins. Spread the mixture on to an ungreased cookie sheet and bake for approximately 30-40minutes, stirring every 5-10minutes. When the oats are a nice golden brown, remove the tray from the oven.
